Velkommen til Bergen!

School has just started :)

What’s good here - I get to attend whatever classes I want to go until 16 Jan before the official registration ends. Classes normally last for 1.5 hrs. People greet each other along the corridors (guess we used to do that in smu as well). Brick wall <3. Spacious and private room. The view from my block’s kitchen. My kitchen tools. to be a chef. Norwegian houses. Helpful Norwegians :)

What’s not so good here - canteen food is boring and pricey, oh well almost everything here is much more expensive than Singapore anyway. Most students love partying alot -.- I don’t have my own rice cooker (riskoker) and water boiler!

good or not so good - I have to walk up and down the hills to get to my hostel, absolutely tiring for a start of the semester. Yet it is a chance to shed some weight!haha
